The approach presented in this paper, which is a generalization of the technique developed by the author [Dokl. Akad. Nauk, Ross. Akad. Nauk 325, No. 2, 273-279 (1992; Zbl 0790.45007) and ibid. 337, No. 6, 728-731 (1994; Zbl 0843.35069)], is conceptually closest to \textit{V. Twersky's} method [J. Math. Phys. 3, 83-91 (1962; Zbl 0108.40505)] but differs from the latter by two very essential points. Just as in Twersky's method, the problem reduces to solving a system of equations with respect to scattergrams of separate scatterers, but, unlike Twersky's method, the knowledge of the scattergram of the individual scatterer (without regard for its interaction with other scatterers) is not required in this method. The second difference has a computational aspect rather than a methodical one and is discussed in this paper.
