The authors consider the problem of the existence of a product-like operation for monogenic functions, which belongs to principal questions in Clifford analysis. Because the Cauchy-Kowalewski product is rather hard to work it is natural to look for further products. Such an alternative possibility seems to be the Fischer product, which is defined for a subclass of spherical polynomials. These definitions could be generalized to monogenic tensors and forms. The results of this paper can be seen as an essential step towards a comprehensive solution of factorization problems in the theory of monogenic functions.
