Summary: This paper is a supplement and correction to [\textit{R. Klötzler}, Z. Anal. Anwend. 14, 391-401 (1995; Zbl 0910.49015)]. Using new methods the existence of optimal transportation flows and the strong duality to deposit problems is proved.
