The authors propose an algorithm for numerical solution of the problem on supersonic flow of inviscid gas around blunted bodies. The proposed approach consists in successive marching calculations of stationary Euler equations in subsonic and transonic domains. There is no mathematical substantiation of the approach in the paper; however the numerical experiments prove the validity of the obtained results.
