On the structure of the stable norm of periodic metrics (Q1382753)

The authors study in the higher-dimensional case the regularity of a stable norm on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) (associated with a \(\mathbb{Z}^n\) invariant metric on \(\mathbb{R}^n)\) in irrational directions. They obtain a partial extension of a result due to V. Bangert in the case of two-dimensional tori.
