Codimension 2 cycles on Severi-Brauer varieties (Q1383422)

The paper contains a study of the torsion subgroup of the second Chow group of codimension 2 cycles on a Severi-Brauer variety of a central simple algebra \(A\). This group is finite and annulated by \(\text{ind }A\). At first, the author reduces the computation of the torsion group to the case when \(\text{ind} A\) is a power of a prime. Next, for the algebras of a prime exponent \(p\) he proves that the torsion subgroup is cyclic of order \(p\) or trivial. There are many other results, examples and remarks on the subject.
