A comprehensive and profound discussion is made on theoretical and experimental backgrounds of the information statistical thermodynamics and of the thermal laser stereolithography. The paper points out the theoretic aspects of the title problem. In short, ``laser stereolithography is a recent technological process allowing solid physical parts to be made directly and rapidly from computer data without the necessity of tooling or cutting machining'' (quoted from the paper). We only itemize some of the topics touched in the paper: 1. A survey of the main trends in nowaday thermodynamics; 2. The nonequilibrium statistical operator method and the informational statistical thermodynamics; 3. The equations of the thermodynamics of many-body systems; 4. The analysis of the thermohydrodynamic phenomena that develop in the process of thermal stereolithography; 5. The thermodynamic aspects of the industrial thermal laser stereolithography.
