Structural models are an adequate mathematical apparatus, which make it possible to relate individual properties and properties of a population and community within a unified model. The theory and applications of structural models are studied intensively, but the mathematical part of the theory is far from being completed, especially in such areas as nonlinear models, population models with many variables, and community models. This work deals with the study of the asymptotic behavior of a structural model of a community that consists of \(n\) populations. Every individual of the community is characterized by the age \(a\) and the set of \(m\) internal variables \(X= (x_1,\dots, x_m)\), such as the mass, dimensions, etc. It is assumed that every individual of the community can, with a certain probability, give birth to descendants, which can belong to any population, and the state of descendants does not depend on the state of parents.
