The algebraic part of this work contains results on the theory of Hurwitz pairs, which are presented from the standpoint of their analytical use. Further, proceeding to analysis, we describe exact algorithms that permit one to receive facts of the Hurwitz analysis as ``projections'' of corresponding facts of the more developed Clifford analysis. This is illustrated by important integral operators, such as the operator of singular integration and the Bergman operator.
