The author considers structures defined on a differentiable manifold \(M\) by a tensor field of type \((1,2)\) which satisfies the condition \(f^4+ f^2= 0\) and by a Riemannian structure \(g\) such that \(g(f(x),y)= g(x,f(y))\) for all \(x,y\in T(M)\). He also determines the linear connections compatible with those structures.
