This is a continuation of a series of works on the notion of Hurwitz pairs. Now Hermitian Hurwitz pairs are studied and for them, general duality theorems are proved. Corresponding generalized Dirac or Fueter equations are considered. In low-dimensional cases the duality theorems are presented in a more explicit way.
