The maximum stability degree (MSD) criterion is widely applied in engineering. It allows to synthesize optimal linear regulators in the case of incomplete data on the control objects. The method of control system synthesis by the MSD criterion, proposed here, considers oscillation and durability requirements. It allows to guarantee the required control quality in transient and stable modes.
