The author studies generalized Poincaré-Andronov-Hopf and saddle-node bifurcations in an unfolding of a singularity of a plane autonomous differential system with nilpotent linear part. Necessary and sufficient conditions are given up to rather high codimensions. The detailed results are too complicated to introduce here.
