The authors construct certain differential operators acting on the coefficient spaces of the two-dimensional real autonomous polynomial systems of differential equations. They study the total multiplicity \(m_f\) of all singular points situated in the finite part of the phase plane of a general polynomial differential system. Precise coefficients conditions for determining the value of \(m_f\) are given by using the differential operators constructed.
