In applications of difference equations the study of the stability properties of solutions plays a central role. However, most of the known stability results are qualitative, i.e. they do not give enough, sometimes any, information on the stability region. In this paper, the author develops a method which gives estimation of the size of the stability region for a class of delay difference systems with quadratic right-hand side.
