We consider the following degenerate reaction-diffusion system \[ u_t= \delta \beta w- \gamma (v)u- fu, \quad v_t= fu-hv, \tag{1} \] \[ w_t= \alpha v- \beta w+ dw_{xx} +p(t), \] where \(\gamma(v) =a(v-b)^2 +c\) with positive \(a,b,c\). We assume here that \(p(t)\) is a periodic function and consider (1) under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions.
