\textit{J. Gornicki} [Math. Slovaca 43, No. 3, 327-336 (1993; Zbl 0806.47049)] already gave a sufficient condition for the existence of fixed points of asymptotically regular mapping in \(p\)-uniformly convex Banach space. In this paper, the authors present sufficient conditions for the existence of a common fixed point of a pair of asymptotically regular mappings in \(p\)-uniformly convex Banach space.
