We employ the conformal mapping method to analyze the ground displacement and the scattering of incident SH-waves for the title problem. The problem is reduced to the solution of an infinite system of algebraic equations by using the method of full-space Fourier expansion. Then, using mapping function and the scattering theory, we transform the arbitrary geometry into a cylindrical canyon in the full-space.
