A variant of the PERT-cost or of the RADSIM methodology is suggested. It is supposed that a subjective probability to finish an operation can be presented by the exponential law with a parameter quadratically depending on a financial support. The probability to finish the project as a whole is maximized on an admissible set determined by the budget and time constraints.
