The author studies two classical Eisenstein series over \(O(1, m+1)\) and \(O(2, m+2)\), and gives an explicit formula for the Fourier coefficients of those Eisenstein series. The method is standard from the point of view of representations, and the point is that he is able to compute every local term in his setting.
