Network communications broadcasting and gossiping (Q1392521)

The articles of this volume will be reviewed individually. This volume can be regarded as a complement to both, an earlier special volume of this journal 53 (1994; Zbl 0802.00016) and Interconnection Networks Vols. 37/38 (ed. by Jean-Claude Bermond). The first one concentrated on algorithmic aspects, the second one on network topologies. The theme of the present volume -- the interaction between interconnection network design and structured communication problems is a synthesis of network topology and communication algorithms.
