This paper is the extension of the study of the Schwarzian derivative begun in previous articles of the authors. [Part II, I of this paper, see the authors, Chin. Ann. Math. Ser. B 19, No. 1, 1-8 (1998; Zbl 0907.32007) and \textit{S. Gong} and \textit{C. H. FitzGerald}, Sci. China, Ser. A 36, No. 5, 513-523 (1993; Zbl 0786.32009)]. Let \(C^{m*n}\) be the space of rectangular complex matrix. The authors define and investigate the Schwarzian derivative of holomorphic mappings on the domains in \(C^{m*n}\).
