On Dirichlet convolution method (Q1392718)

This paper generalizes a result of the reviewer on \(I\)-summability to \((D,h(n))\)-summability \((I\)-summability being the case \(h(n)={1\over n})\), following arguments used by the reviewer. The paper's methods are correct, but it is plagued by some confusing statements and misprints. In particular it is hard to know how condition 2.3 comes to be fulfilled by the authors' \(h(n)\) -- perhaps this is simply an assertion of only dealing with \(h(n)\) which have this auxiliary property, in which case the paper is correct.
