The object of this paper is the largest class of hyperstructures called \(H_v\)-modules. Approximations in \(H_v\)-modules are defined and studied. The results are transferred and related with the so called fundamental modules and submodules. This can be obtained by using the fundamental relation called \(\varepsilon^*\) relation.
