From authors' summary: The paper is devoted to a model of the dynamics of a weakly conducting fluid. The method of dynamic potentials is used to prove the unique solvability in the classical sense. For a rectangular parallelepiped, an explicit solution to the mixed problem is construcred by Fourier method. A physical analysis of the solution reveals the effect of space-charge stratification.
