The paper is centred on a linear optimal control problem with state constraints at intermediate times within a finite control interval. With the help of discrete-time controls, the problem is reduced to a linear programming problem. A special adaptive technique is described that quickly constructs optimal open-loop controls and calculates optimal feedback controls.
