In this paper the authors propose a device for storing and retrieving sequences of binary vectors called a W-neural network. Under a special definition of synaptic weights, a W-neural network operates in an oscillatory mode and produces one of the prescribed periodic sequences of binary vectors. The initialization of oscillations is described.
