A model for a massive spin-2 field consistently interacting with Einstein's gravity is presented by a nonlinear granity theory. The simplest version with a Lagrangian quadratic in the Ricci tensor was helpful. The full equations of motion and the energy-momentum tensor for the spin-2 field are given, and a simple but non-trivial exact solution to these equation is found.
