The authors investigate the time-periodic Lotka-Volterra cooperating model and obtain some existence, uniqueness and nonexistence results. For these they use the existence and comparison conclusion for the time-periodic quasi-monotone nondecreasing systems given by C. V. Pao. The corresponding stationary system is treated to give parallel results.
