The author develops a Choquet-type integral representation of functions \(f\) which are invariant for the product of two semigroups. One of the semigroups is a quasi-Poisson semigroup determined by a basic kernel on a general state space, whereas the other semigroup has a basic resolvent. The function \(f\) decomposes into a part which admits an integral representation by minimal invariant functions and a singular remainder term.
