In this article, several results on the joint-receipt preference structures are presented. Various sets of assumptions on the joint-receipt operation are considered. In each case, however, the operation of joint receipt applies to quantities of a single, infinitely divisible good. In particular, the cases of invariance with respect to multiplication (displaced multiplicative invariance) and with respect to addition (translation invariance), as well as the case of a non-commutative, yet bisymmetric joint-receipt operation are discussed.
