In this paper are constructed intrinsically complete invariant normalizations of \(m\)-dimensional linear elements \({\mathcal M}\) in an \(n\)-dimensional proper conformal space \(C_n\) by elements of the second order differential neighborhood. Also, properties of affine connections induced on \({\mathcal M}\) are studied in detail.
