This paper investigates the practical stabilization for continuous-time nonlinear systems with Markovian jumps using vector Lyapunov models. The stabilization is posed in terms of the vector Lyapunov-like function techniques. Together with comparison principles, it allows us to compute the stabilization controller. Sufficient conditions are given for practical stability criteria. Controllability and optimal practical stabilization based on the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation are described. Finally, two numerical examples are given.
