This paper is devoted to the research of electron package tunneling through the nano-tube. The authors regard a well with cylinder-symmetric potential as a model of the nano-tube. Electron dynamics is described by the Schrödinger equation. In the paper results of numerical calculations are given. This work can be useful in future development of spectroscopy and defectoscopy.
