The author introduces a uniform approach to the definition of non-holonomic, semiholonomic and holonomic jets, giving a purely repetitive character of the definition even in the case of holonomic jets, applying microsquares. This approach is applicable not only for formal manifolds but also for microlinear spaces. It underlines the applicability of the theory of jet bundle functors.
