Let the centre of masses of the homogeneous parallelepiped with the mass \(m\) and the sides \(a\), \(b\) and \(c\) \(\,(a<b<c)\,\) move in the circular Kepler orbit with the radius \(R\) in the central Newtonian force field. For the body close to the cube all relative equilibrium states are found and their branching and stability are investigated.
