The paper deals with the system of electrical hydrodynamics equations for the stationary flow of an incompressible liquid. Besides, it is assumed that (1) \(\partial/\partial t= 0\), (2) there are no chemical reactions in the liquid, (3) the liquid is incompressible and the flow hydrodynamics is given. The authors establish the dependence of the electrification circuit and the charge relaxation length on the length of the pipe, diffusion Peclet number and Debye number.
