In the paper the functors \(P_\tau\) of the spaces of \(\tau\)-additive probability measures in the Tych and Unif categories are investigated [see \textit{T. O. Banakh}, Mat. Stud., Trudy L'vovsk. Mat. Ova. 5, 65--87 (1995)]. Presented are conditions on these functors such that they preserve the properties of uniform space completeness, Dieudonné completeness and real completeness as well as the property that a topological space is an absolute extensor.
