The authors discuss the problem of constructing orbit codes \(K = K(G,A)\) of the form \[ K(G,A) = \{gA;\;g\in G\} \] in the \(n\times n\) matrix space \(W\), where \( A\in W \) is an arbitrary real (complex) matrix with the corresponding norm. The case \(A = \frac{1}{\sqrt{n}} E\) is considered, where \(E\) is the \(n\times n\) identity matrix.
