The authors consider \(L_2\)-boundary value problems for the instationary Stokes system over non-smooth time-varying infinite cylinders. Results on solvability, uniqueness, and regularity are obtained for Dirichlet and Neumann type boundary conditions via the study of parabolic layer potentials.
