The author studies infinite dimensional representations over the quantum group \(\mathcal U_q(\text{sl}(2))\) when the parameter \(q\) is not a root of unity. The main result is the construction of a simple representation, whose annihilator is a given maximal primitive ideal of infinite codimension.
