Bianchi classified three-dimensional homogeneous manifolds by the structure constants \(c_{ijk}\) of their Lie algebra of isometries. The present paper focusses to the case \(c_k\equiv c_{iik}= 0\) and visualizes such Bianchi classes by means of methods of projective geometry.
