Summary: Using the formulation of a moving curve, we demonstrate that an asymptotic helix goes over to the linear time-dependent Schrödinger equation as shown by \textit{V. P. Dmitriyev} [ J. Appl. Math. 2, 241--263 (2002; Zbl 1007.81004)].
