For the system \[ \dot{x}(t)=Ax(t)+Bx(t-\tau)+C\dot{x}(t-\tau), \] where \(A\) is a Hurwitz matrix, delay-independent asymptotic stability criteria are derived in terms of the spectral radius of modulus matrices. Numerical examples are considered.
