The authors consider vector optimization problems in normed spaces. The involved functions are assumed to be twice Fréchet differentiable at the optimal point. The ordering is given by any convex cone with nonempty interior. Second order necessary optimality conditions in primal form are provided. A generalized nonhomogeneous Motzkin alternative theorem is proved and used to obtain second order multipliers rules.
