In this paper the author gives a good upper bound for the norms of Fejér-Legendre sums, \[ \|\sigma_n\|< 1,495543, \] furthermore he verifies that \[ \|\sigma_n\|= \int^\infty_0 \Biggl| \int^x_0 J_0- xJ_0(x)\Biggr|\,x^{-2} dx+ O(n^{-1/2}), \] where \(J_0\) is the Bessel function.
