This paper studies the interface regularity of three-dimensional Maxwell and Stokes systems for which the solenoidal condition ensures the regularity across an interface of a specified component of the unknown vector field. The paper finds its origins in an earlier study by two of the authors of the mathematical analysis of magnetoencephalography.
