The author establishes explicit formulas for unitary Bogolyubov transforms corresponding to the symplectic transformations of a finite-dimensional symplectic space or, what is the same, formulas for projective unitary representation of a symplectic group. To this end a natural action of a symplectic group on the Schrödinger representation operators of Heisenberg algebra was used.
