The authors generalize the scalar Thiele-Werner-type continued fraction to the case of vector-valued data and this structure is applied to vector-valued osculatory rational interpolants. The interpolation structure of vector-valued quantities given on a set of distinct interpolation points is discussed and its properties are presented.
