This paper concerns the approximate and null controllability of the linear heat equation with the following boundary condition: \({\partial y\over\partial v}+ f(y)= 0\). The control is distributed and acts on a small subset. It is shown that the system is approximately controllable if \(f\) is Lipschitz continuous and is locally null controllable for large enough time if \(f(0)= 0\) and \(f\) is regular enough.
